These terms apply to your use of this website and enquiries made to Malli. Event-specific services are governed by the written proposal or agreement accepted by the client.

Website information

Website content, portfolio images, service descriptions and package information are provided as a general guide. We may update them without notice. Images illustrate previous work and do not promise an identical result for another event.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm availability or create a booking. A booking is confirmed only after both parties accept the written proposal or agreement and Malli receives any required booking payment.

Pricing and changes

Celebrations are individually scoped. Final pricing, inclusions, timelines, payment stages and cancellation terms will be stated in the proposal. Changes requested after confirmation may affect cost, availability and delivery schedules.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event information, timely approvals, venue access and payments according to the agreed schedule. Delays or changes outside Malli’s control may require revisions to the plan or price.

Venues and third-party vendors

Venues and independent vendors may apply their own terms. Malli is not responsible for their acts, omissions, restrictions or service interruptions, except where responsibility is expressly accepted in writing.

Creative work

Concepts, designs, drawings, written material, photographs and website content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.

Events beyond reasonable control

Neither party will be responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events reasonably beyond its control. Where possible, the parties will work together on a practical alternative.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, subject to any different dispute terms contained in an event agreement.
